I walked into Pappy’s Knifes and Antiques expecting another antique shop, but it quickly became clear that the real story was sitting behind the glass cases. Knives. Case after case filled with pocket knives, collector pieces, and an impressive selection of Case Knives that could keep a collector busy for quite a while.

One of the first things that caught my eye was the straight razor display in the front window. It felt like a small reminder of a time when everyday tools were built to last and often stayed in a family for generations. The vintage and antique items throughout the shop certainly deserve a look, but this place seems to know exactly what it is.

Sometimes a store tells you its specialty before you ever ask. In this case, the answer is right there in the name. Pappy’s Knifes and Antiques is a destination for knife collectors, and the antiques almost feel like an added bonus.
