Turns out a gallon of fresh blueberries makes 3 quarts of blueberry pie filling and 3 half pints of blueberry syrup. Just went out and picked cucumbers, dill, and strawberry leaves to make some pickles today. And judging by the looks of this apple tree, I'll be canning up lots of apple butter and apple pie filling soon!

First harvest from the garden this year! Tomorrow I'll be making pickles, plus some strawberry and blueberry jam!

Edit: I'm not feeling well, so the stand won't be open this weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully we can open it next Saturday and Sunday. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Happy Friday, everyone! Heads Up: We're going to have the farm stand open on Sunday (since it's supposed to rain all day Saturday), so we hope you guys can come out and visit the stand on Sunday!
