Well, what an amazing couple of days it has been. Being able to spend the day with my family whom I am so thankful for as well as having a daughter added to the bunch. I cannot express in words how thankful I am. For my family, for friends, for the job I have, the community here that allows me to work. You all are truly amazing and I'm so thankful this year.
Now I hope that you all got stuffed and had a fantastic thanksgiving. One thing I see alot is ovens having issues and breaking down right around turkey time, SO with that being said, if you are in need of an oven being fixed or another appliance, feel free to call McCormick Appliance Repair and handyman services and we can get you scheduled for as early as this week. We are so excited to have another beautiful daughter join our family. So thankful and overjoyed that the Lord trusts me with another daughter. Did you know dryer fires are the leading cause for house fires?
Well here is a tool that I highly recommend for cleaning out both your dryer vent as well as your dryer.
What you do is unscrew the vent off the back to see inside your dryer, attach the blue part to a shop vac and clean out the inside of your dryer.
As far as your vent, make sure to have your vent connected to your dryer and turn your dryer on. Then go outside to the vent covering, take it off, and proceed to attach the brush and the extensions to a drill and drill CLOCKWISE. If you drill counter clockwise it can unscrew your brush and extensions.
Congrats you now have successfully prolonged the life of your dryer, Saved your house, and didn't have to pay a service call for a company to come out.
I will attach the very extension I use and HIGHLY recommend and its rather inexpensive. Once again, any questions, comments, or concerns please let me know. stay safe yall.

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you're doing great and ready for an awesome weekend. I just want to put out some information for everyone about my business. I'm the owner of McCormick Appliance Repair out of Spring Lake. Our number is 616-268-3896. We are not on Google quite yet but that is in the works. So our service call to come out is $100, if a part is needed we do charge for the part(s) and labor to install the part(s). ALTHOUGH one thing I'm super excited about is there are ways to save. If you are a 1st time customer you will receive a $25 off your next service call when we come out, also if you refer someone to us who has had a repair done you can receive $25 off as well but we must verify that the person you referred had us out. Also if you have BEEN referred to us from someone else you also get $25 off. So to simplify.

$100 service call
$25 off following service call if 1st time customer
$25 off if you refer us to someone who had a job done by us
$25 off if you were referred by somebody else.

I hope this all makes sense and I plan on solidifying this for our company.
