Service Need: there are 2 safe houses for survivors of human trafficking in Nashville that need a front porch makeovers. One currently has 2 very faded plastic Adirondack chairs. The other nothing. The doors could use a fresh fun coat of paint. Cute wreaths, rugs, plants, lanterns, signs, whatever you can come up with. Participants will have to pass a background check to come to the house, but if you’d like to donate items or paint that helps too! So excited to be launching a Big Audacious ONLY GOD can do campaign this week and we need your help.
Due to the tough economic times during the COVID years, Rescue 1 has experienced a significant loss of recurring monthly partners. Additionally, in early January, we learned that a grant awarded to us in 2019 will end in June. To sustain services and enhance momentum to meet the growing demand of trauma-informed counter efforts and restorative programming, Rescue 1 is launching a strategic donor campaign to develop 1000 new giving units of $50/month, in 100 days.
As valued partners, we appeal to you to deepen your partnership with Rescue 1 as an ambassador to help reach this 100 Day Challenge. We are asking you to help connect 20 new potential partners to support the Mission, Vision, and Strategy of Rescue 1. From March until June 30th, Rescue 1 is developing 1000 new donor units in 100 days to sustain and enhance the ongoing 40 + services we provide to meet the therapeutic and daily needs of victims and survivors.
We need your help to reach this audacious goal in 100 days. Rescue 1 will provide you with training, strategy, support, tools, and encouragement. Here are two ways to participate. Click either/both for more details.
