Journey through life with highs and lows. Terrible internal conflict and interpersonal issues. When will the balance return because this chaos and pain feels like it is overwhelming. Crushing me from the inside making it feel like the darkness will consume me.

As an empath somedays we have challenges. Sometimes we are numb and other time we are over joyed and full of energy. This roller coaster is only amplified by the chaos of those who we come into contact with.
