Looking for an affordable weeknight dinner?

Our locally raised beef makes it easy to put a hearty meal on the table. These roasts are raised right here in Middle Tennessee by Light Hill Meats owner Ben Neale.

We have chuck roasts and sirloin tip roasts available today.

A chuck roast is perfect for the slow cooker. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, and your favorite seasonings, then let it cook low and slow all day for a tender, flavorful meal that practically falls apart with a fork.

A sirloin tip roast is great in the oven. Season well, roast until medium rare, let it rest, then slice thin for dinner. The leftovers make excellent sandwiches, wraps, salads, and quick meals throughout the week.

Need something even quicker? We also have fresh carne asada and our popular fajita mix, both ready to cook for an easy dinner any night of the week.
