🍌Quarts of freeze dried fruit that we freeze dry in house.

🍓Freeze dried strawberries $10 a quart

🍌Freeze dried banana $10 a quart

🍍Freeze dried fruit salad $12 a quart. This consists of peaches, pineapples, strawverries and mangoes. 🥭

Freeze dried fruit contains 97% of the nutrients and is completely different than dehydrating fruit. Dehydrating only retains 60-70%

Fun facts about freeze drying

🔹️Freeze drying means to preserve (something) by rapidly freezing it and then subjecting it to a high vacuum.

🔹️Freeze dried items can last up to 25 years and are shelf stable

🔹️Freeze-dried foods retain up to 97% of their nutritional value while dehydrating foods only retain 60%

🔹️Freeze drying is NOT the same as dehydrating food. Yes you are preserving foods but they are completely different methods and the foods come out completely different.

🔹️You can simply rehydrate food that is Freeze dried by adding water to it but you can also eat it Freeze dried.
