Store Updates & A HUGE Thank You! 🎉

First and foremost, we want to send a massive thank you to all our consignors and customers. Your support over these past few months has been incredible, and you are the reason our store is such an amazing place!
We have a couple of important store updates and announcements to share:

Expired Unsold Items
As we continue to grow, we simply no longer have the manpower to pull expired items from the sales floor for you. Moving forward, consignors wanting their unsold items back will need to come in and collect them from the floor. We are more than happy to print a list of your items when you arrive, and if you have trouble finding a specific piece, just let us know—we’re here to help you look!

Last Chance Racks & Donations
If you want to collect your items from the last chance racks, you have until the Saturday prior to closing, exactly one week after their expiration date. For example: if your items expire on October 15th, they must be collected by October 24th. Any items not collected by that deadline will be removed from the floor and donated.

Consignment Appointments
We are currently FULLY booked! While this is an amazing milestone for us, we know it can be frustrating if you are waiting to bring items in. Because we have so many consignors signed up, we do not have any regular open appointments until January. Booking for January will open in December, it is going to release updates to the booking process. Thank you everyone for all the feedback we have received regarding the online booking calendar.

Christmas Exception: We do have a little bit of wiggle room strictly for Christmas items only. If you have holiday items to consign, please call the store and we will see where we can squeeze you in!
