BIG Salad LOVE!!! 🙋😍

Began chopping all the fresh stuff I had on hand, then this happened. 🙃
Anyone else LOVE fresh salads year-round!?!
Salad Ingredients:
2 large English cucumbers, chopped
2-3 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced
2 small avocados, diced
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1 cup Kalamata olives (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 1 Tbsp dried parsley
4 oz feta, chooped (optional)
Add all of your favorite chopped ingredients to a large bowl.
Use YOUR favorites, and make it your own!
Ingredients For the Dressing:
This dressing recipe is fantastic, and GREAT on ANY salad!
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 fresh squeezed lemons
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Whisk all the dressing ingredients, pour over chopped salad, combine well, and enjoy!
