The garden plant sale is this Saturday here at 1718 N Lincoln St from 10 to 4. We are also having a visiting artist that will be selling cards and also she will be having a moving sale and she has some pretty awesome things. The plant sale is various tomatoes, peppers and basil for your garden this summer. Stop by and check these things out!

Hello friends! It is time to start thinking of what you would like to grow in your gardens. I can help you by starting some plants that need to be started before planting outside. Usually I plant lots of trays of various tomatoes, peppers and also some basil. I have started the basil as that is a favorite and will not be wasted. I find that every year I have lots of other plants left over. This is something I have been working on to not happen. Our local food banks get saturated with the local farmers left over plants and I am not sure that they are all given away. We don't get the pots back that way either which causes me to have to buy more and then the plants are not affordable for you. My wish this year is to start plants that are needed. I do have beefsteak, Roma and Cherry tomato seeds along with jalapeno, anaheim and some heirloom small sweet peppers (Purple and red). I can start a couple of trays of these and see how it goes. Let me know what you would like so I can set them aside for you and also let me know if you have a variety that you have the seeds and need them started for you. The fundraiser is for Women & Children's Free Restaurant as usual. I anticipate the plants to be between $2 and $3, depending if the price of the starting dirt goes up. thank you everyone for your soap orders. We are sold out! Unless you need a batch, I cannot take any more orders. I will get with you all this weekend and let you know your totals and when and how to get them to you. I sure appreciate your gifts during this fundraiser!

For the month of November we will be having a soap sale to benefit Transitions. After this sale, this page will be taken off Facebook as I hardly ever watch it after I closed the business a number of years ago. You can contact me on my personal page. The scents that I have for now are: Spicy Oatmeal, Raspberry Lemonade, Orange Sachet, Aloe, Eczema Relief, Lime, Garden Mint. I didn't make the Christmas scents as they don't sell. But, if there is a kind that you want I can make a batch for you to buy. That would be approximately 24 bars and the price varies due to scent. Just let me know. I have lots of recipes for just about any scent. For this sale the price is 2 bars for $6.00. I do ship as well. Let me know what I can do for you!

For those who are interested in getting some great veggie starts and donating to a worthy cause, our Plant Sale is May 13th from 10 to 4 here at the house. We will have tomatoes: beefsteak, cherry, roma. Peppers: Anaheim, jalapeno and green. Basil. They will be $2 each, if they get their act together and grow a bit. Proceeds will go to Womens and Childrens Free Restaurant. This is an annual event. If you would like to order on here I can get it ready for you. The plants are still hardening off so not ready for planting yet. Let me know how I can help you and we will make it work!
