There once was a little family, mother, father, sister, brother, who all crafted together. On the weekends they would search estate sales, antique malls and craft stores for items to fashion into their one of a kind treasures. They used vintage sports items to handcraft wreaths, silver teapots were made into floral arrangements, purses filled with vintage hankies and jewelry for wall art and much
more. Weekends were spent at craft shows and fairs all over their small town. Friday nights the little family loaded up the van with crates of crafted goods and tied sections of the booth to the roof. After setting the booth up in familiar form the little family would take turns managing the cash box which also served as the tool box. Once Sunday night rolled around the little family would come together again to disasemble the booth and carry the crates to the van and tie the sections back up on the roof. Sister & brother are now grown and gone off to college, but mom and dad still carry on the tradition of antiquing, crafting and selling at local schools and grange shows. But every now and then the kids come home for a weekend and are drafted to drive the van, carry the crates and set up the booth topping it off with the Rosehill Farms sign. Someday soon we hope to have an actual farm with cattle and all the trimmings. But until then we craft in our little house on the hill with the rose garden out front and the livestock consists of one big black & white kitty named Mikey.
