Here's what most real estate agents do now for closing gifts. They run to Target or HomeGoods, spend an hour picking items, then another hour at home assembling it. It's thoughtful and it costs them two hours per client. They still end up with something that looks store bought, because it is. The client can walk into that same store and see every item on the shelf.
Kiendly keeps the thoughtfulness and removes the store. The agent gives us notes about the client, and a real person selects the gift from those notes. Two things do the heavy lifting.
Engraving. You can't grab an engraved cutting board on your way to a closing. It has to be ordered ahead of time. The client knows that. The effort is visible in the object itself. It also stays in the home, keeping the client thinking of you long term.
Small batch and artisan goods. Same idea. These have to be sourced. They're not sitting on a shelf at Target, so there's nothing to price check and nothing that looks like a last minute run.
Together, the gift reads as chosen instead of purchased.
