1. This is a carry in, carry out facility. You are not permitted to leave trash of any kind on the premises. There will be a $35 aclean-up fee assessed to any vendor in violation of this rule. Future space assignments may be denied or terminated because of rule violation.
2. All pets are to be leashed and you are respon
sible for cleanup.
3. You are not permitted to sell anything for human consumption without the approval of management.
4. Items which constitute a patent, trademark, copyright infringement, counterfeit products are prohibited. Items involving a misrepresentation of warranty, trademark, patent, or copyright infringements of any type are also prohibited. Future space assignments may be denied or terminated because of rule violation. Monroe County Flea Market, NY will be held harmless from any damages, expenses, or costs which a vendor may incur because of violation of this rule.
5. The sale of livestock or domestic animals is strictly forbidden.
6. Any other item deemed hazardous to the health and/or welfare of other persons will not be permitted to be sold on the premises.
7. Management is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen articles.
8. The sale of fi****ms is strictly prohibited.
9. The Monroe County Flea Market, NY requires that all vendors fully cooperate and comply with fellow vendors and all employees of the market. Customers must be treated with respect, courtesy, and fairness when conducting business on the premises. Failure to comply with any of the Monroe County Flea Market, NY Rules and Regulations will result in immediate removal of vendor and their product.
10. Tables, merchandise, or tent structures of any kind may not be left on site without approval from management. Vendors may be subject to a $50 clean up charge for removal.
11. Management reserves the right to change these rules and regulations at any time.
