Cheers to a fine sunny morning! First taste of our Peru Cajamarca and I have to say this one is a keeper. There is no sharp bite, no over powering in your face coffee taste, a very subtle and smooth drinking cup. This one is screams, stop, sit back and enjoy to morning! Savor the moment, experience the lushness of a good cup of coffee with your favorite people or pets.

Oh, btw, don’t forget that tomorrow is the last day for the guest coffee blogger contest. Let us know how a bit about yourself and why we should choose you!

How often do you know the name of the person who grew your coffee?

Meet the Farmer Behind Your Morning Coffee

Most coffee is sold by country or region. This coffee carries the name of the person who grew it: Alfonso Pillimue.

High in the mountains of Cauca, Colombia, Alfonso carefully cultivates coffee that delivers a remarkable balance of honey-like sweetness, ripe pear notes, and a clean finish. Every cup represents years of experience, dedication, and the unique growing conditions of one farm and one family.

When you enjoy this coffee, you're not just tasting Colombia—you're tasting the work of a specific farmer whose name is on every bag.

From the mountains of Cauca to your cup.

We're Looking for a Guest Coffee Blogger!

Have you ever wanted to share your thoughts on a truly special coffee?

This month, we're selecting one coffee lover to receive a sample of our Ecuador Ingapamba and become our featured Guest Blogger. The selected guest will receive a free 16oz bag of coffee to share their honest impressions, and have their review featured on our social media and website.

How to Enter:

1. Comment below and tell us:

* Why you'd like to be our Guest Blogger
* What you enjoy most about specialty coffee
* What makes your perspective unique

2. Share this post with a fellow coffee lover (optional, but appreciated!).

We'll choose one participant based on creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for coffee.

Whether you're a seasoned coffee enthusiast or simply love starting your day with a great cup, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Coffee

Our Ecuador Ingapamba is grown in the highlands of southern Ecuador, where cool mountain temperatures and rich soils help produce an exceptionally vibrant and complex cup. We can't wait to hear what our Guest Blogger discovers in it.

Entries close Sunday evening, and we'll announce our Guest Blogger next week.

P.S.

Don't worry if you're not a coffee expert. We're looking for genuine coffee lovers, not professional reviewers.

Behind every great cup of coffee is a farmer’s daily work.

This month’s featured coffee comes from Alfonso Pillimue in Cauca, Colombia, a mountain region known for rich soils, high elevations, and beautiful coffee-growing conditions.

From caring for the trees to harvesting ripe coffee cherries at just the right time, every step shapes the final cup. The result is a coffee with honey sweetness, ripe pear, and a clean, balanced finish.

We’re honored to share it as our June Coffee of the Month. Check out this and all our premium coffees at BakerMountainRoastery.com
