Our first monarch just hatched this morning. I was waiting for a child to come into the store so I could let them release it but this one was ready to go. I have three more chrysalis. Maybe you or your child could let the next one go.

Happy Wednesday! Starting the day off today at Del's with the Popcorn Plant. I have had people ask in the past for this fun plant. When you play with the leaves it literally smells like popcorn! I planted it in the ground one year (Granted its an annual and I would have to redo it every year) and it was pretty fun. When in bloom it has a neat yellow flowers. We have a display garden outside the windows of our design studio at Del’s. Inside the studio, we have 4 university-trained designers that work to create the perfect plan for our customers and we have 6 magnificent landscape crews that work diligently to implement the custom designs.
Tonight, these beautiful perennials are in full bloom and the ever-changing garden is there to inspire us and our customers.
Our nursery staff is fantastic and very willing to help with your DIY projects as well!

Happy Tuesday!! Or maybe frustrating Tuesday..... Why you ask??? EARWIGS!! I battle these little buggers EVERY year. We have a product called Slugo Plus that I used for the first time last year and it works FANTASTIC!!! I used it on the ground and in my annual pots as well. How many of you battle these buggers????
