Orders may take around 1-7 days to ship, not including processing/transit time.
If orders are placed on Saturdays and Sundays, they will ship on Monday. If Monday falls during a national holiday your items will ship the next business day.
Refunds are NOT provided unless an item arrives broken. (Please provide a picture within 24 hours of delivery date). In those cases, I may provide store credit or a full refund depending on the situation.
No returns, so please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the pictures of the item you wish to buy!
Once an Item is shipped a tracking number is provided, I am no longer responsible for delayed or lost mail. That item that is in transit is the responsibility of the mail carriers (USPS or UPS). I would suggest contacting your local post office or the mail carrier delivering your packages for more information on the status of your package!
Please be sure to enter the correct addresses (double or triple check) before submitting your order. I am NOT responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address.
