I tried my hand at making English Muffins, not bad for the first time. I think I'll be making more of these with some goodies in them ( raisin, cranberries, etc).

Made vegetable stock today. Had 6 gallon bags saved of all my vegetable scraps. It tastes pretty good.

Spent time Saturday digging in the dirt. I cleaned out tubs to plant potatoes in and space in the garden to plant onions. Looked over in our pen and saw a new lamb being born. Checked some of my plants in the greenhouse that I had started and they were coming up. It felt like a Spring day and WOW Sunday and today we are back to winter.
Can't wait for sunny warm days. Hope you all got out and enjoyed Saturday.

Made a Coconut Cream pie, so on to David's favorite. So a Lemon pie for David's Valentine's day. My crust needs to be bigger. What is next to make, stay tuned to see what's next. Looks like I'm on a roll here.
