1.) All players reserve the right to not sign or limit/change inscriptions on an item for whatever reason. We are not able to add inscriptions to previously signed items.
2.) No HOF items will be signed by players not yet inducted or qualified
3.) Size and weight limits do apply to what can be sent in for signings.
– nonstandard/oversized items will require additional shipping
– flats larger than 16×20 will be rolled for shipping or customer is responsible for shipping cost.
4.) All items must be received by the DUE DATE listed and paid for by the due date.
5.) All items have to be shipped to our Southlake location. We are not allowing any drop off at this time.
6.) All items shipped will be returned 7-14 days after signing.
7.) Items will only be insured for the value of the autographs being added, additional insurance can be purchased at additional cost.
8.) You are responsible for shipping and insurance charges back to you for your item, as we are not responsible for uninsured packages. You are welcome to include a prepaid shipping label. Please call for a shipping quote. Which will include shipping cost with tracking, insurance and handling. If shipping is not included your item will not be shipped until payment is received.

15.) There will be an additional $100 upcharge on any custom helmets. Upcharge does not apply to any Riddell specialty helmets (Blaze, Ice, Eclipse, Amp, Chrome, Camo, Flat White/Black, Lunar, Flash etc.). 1 per customer per player. No exceptions. Custom helmets are any unlicensed helmet, any alterations to a licensed helmet (bumpers, visors or custom paint job) and youth/adult blank helmets.
16.) Tickets for certain athletes are limited and can sell out.

We are sorry to announce but the signings for Kyle Pitts, Bobby Witt Jr., CJ Abrams and Julio Rodriguez have been postponed until further notice. The signings were scheduled to be in Vegas, but the Covid surge forced the show to be cancelled. We are still going to do a signing with each player, but we are working with GTSM to get dates rescheduled. Like always we can hang on to your items until the next signing or return them with a refund.

Basic items - Trading Cards, Photos, Funko Pops, Mini Helmets, Magazines, Index Cards, Baseballs (Rookie Cards could be Basic or Premium depending on player).

Premium Items - Full Size Helmets, Jerseys, Footballs, Bats, Equipment, Basketballs, Trophies, Seatbacks, Large Artwork or Canvas bigger than 16x20. Any item that is bulkier than 16x20 or very large may be required to pay additional shipping/fee.

Inscription's - Typically 3-4 words or stat per inscription (Ex: HOF & MVP will be two inscriptions). Players have the right to refuse any inscription or alter the wording (any refusal will be given a refund but if altering occurs no refund will be given). Please check before sending items.

There's $100 upcharge for Custom Helmets. One custom helmet per customer per player. Custom helmets are any unlicensed helmet, any alterations to a licensed helmet (visors or custom paint job) and youth/adult blank helmets. (Upcharge does not apply to any Riddell specialty helmets (Blaze, Ice, Eclipse, Amp, Chrome, Camo, Flat White/Black, Lunar, Flash etc.). 1 per customer per player. No exceptions.

Beckett Authentication Services will be on site to authenticate any signature for an additional $8 (if any item submitted already has a Beckett sticker than each signature will be added on to that sticker).

We can take any item to multiple signings if need be.
