"Yes. Yes! Behold, the beginnings of the Golden Master!"

Here comes everyone's favorite evil spirit... Behold! The Overlord for minifig of the week! Released in 2014, this exclusive figure was only found in set #70728 "Battle for Ninjago City" along with stone armor Lloyd, techno robe Jay, stone armor Zane, and Samurai X Nya! His head, torso, and dress pieces are all exclusive to this fig and would make and amazing addition to anyone's Ninjago collection (especially fans of the various villains)!

If you are a Lego enthusiast, but have never attended one of our Bulk Smash events, you are missing out!

Bulk Smash happens once every few months and is a big deal for a few reasons:

-You get to shop after regular store hours
-You get access to never-before-shopped Lego pieces
-You get access to pieces that don't make it into the bulk tables during normal hours, such as plant pieces and animal pieces
-We provide snacks and beverages for you (you'll need your energy!)
-You get $50 worth of bulk for only $35
-You can purchase as much additional exclusive bulk Lego as you'd like

A few things to remember:

-Bulk Smash is limited to 40 participants
-Children are welcome but, everyone who comes through the door must purchase a bucket. If you plan on bringing them you will have to purchase a bucket for them.

"The air in here's getting a bit stale."

For this week's Minifig of the Week we have a fan favorite: Commander Wolffe. Surprisingly, this is the only Commander Wolffe that LEGO has made despite his popularity and has never been released in his Phase 2 armor. He's exclusive to set #7964 "Republic Frigate" from 2011 which also has yet to be remade even with it's importance throughout the Prequel era. His helmet and head are the only exclusive parts on him and are full of detail. Under the helmet, LEGO perfectly replicated Wolffe's iconic scar and blind eye that differentiates him from the rest of the clones. As of writing this post, LEGO has only made Wolfpack troopers one other time but in 2014 as their grey Phase 2 appearance in #75045 "Republic AV-7 Anti-Vehicle Cannon," but sadly no Wolffe.

"Wake me, can't you hear me calling?"
... Bionicle Day is just around the corner (8/10 - because it looks like the word BIO).. but that's a Monday and that's not the most fun day to celebrate, so we're going with a day before, Sunday 8/9 - and we've scoured the island of Mata Nui for any Bionicle we can find!

Join us this Sunday for Bionicle Day! Music, Youtube Bionicle videos.. and a whole PILE of lovely used Bionicles will be available!

Being in the 'Lego state' (Enfield CT was Lego's US headquarters until very recently), we often see employee exclusives in our store, and we just got the 2024 and 2025 in, new in box.

These always sell fast, so if you're interested, plan on getting here as soon as possible!

(It's also a convenient place to put the last few of the Bricks and Minifigs D&D game!)

"It's alive!"

Reanimate your LEGO collection with this week's Minifig of the Week: Monster Butler. Hailing exclusively from the largest Monster Fighter's set in the wave #10228 'Haunted House' from 2012. You can't find his exact headgear, head, or torso in any other set as they're exclusive to him. LEGO has made multiple iterations of Frankenstein's Monster, however, this is the only time they've made a classic black and white version. If you're someone who loves all things horror or are just looking to complete your Monster Fighter's collection this one's for you.

"Republic credits? Republic credits are no good out here. I need something more real."

Here we have the very first Watto minifig hailing from the 2001 set #7186 "Watto's Junkyard" for Minifig of the Week. This set includes two exclusive minifigs being the highly coveted Watto and the infamous Aldar Beedo that is one molded piece. This minifig is medium blue which differs from the modern sand blue Watto. The main draw to this minifig is the combined molded head, torso, and wings that makes up the majority of it. Although lacking detail on the printing side, he makes up for it in the molding with visible pockets and a screwdriver that clips and hands can hold onto.
