Today, a twist from our traditional champorado. I made oatmeal champorado. my goodness … it was so yummy. All I was missing today was the salty dried fish — Tuyo, danggit, (insert the proteins of your choice here) ….

I used tablea tablets, which I shaved to a fine powder to make it easier for the oats to absorb. Added some milk, and topped off with banana nut granola. Yummmm.
