Diane and I have had Ship Shape and several other businesses while serving our South Padre Island Community for the past 33 years! We are happy and sad to be retiring! It has been a whirlwind of great friends, fun and fellowship with our customers and our Facebook buddies!

We are taking a long deserved break from the public as we have known it and looking forward to seeing more private time with our family and friends. We are NOT MOVING AWAY from our home in South Padre Island! We love it here. We will however be traveling more and seeking new adventures while we can still do it!

We will be seeing you around I’m sure! Just don’t be a stranger to us or Ship Shape! Janis Mays is the new owner and business partner since November and doing a wonderful job! Our team of employees are still there (Suzy, June and Lisa) as are the venders who we have long established relationships!

We are still helping out but just not so much in the shop! If you hear any other rumors…just contact us! We are still here!
