Usually the biggest difference in tree work isn’t what we add, it’s what we remove.

On this project, we removed overcrowded trees to create more space, improve forest health, and help reduce wildfire fuels around the home.

Every property is different, and our goal is always to leave it safer, healthier, and looking like it belongs in Tahoe. 🌲🌲

Day 2 and the transformation is really starting to show. 🌲

We’ve removed overcrowded trees, brush, and dead material to create a healthier forest while helping reduce wildfire fuels around the home.

There’s still work to do, but it’s always rewarding to see the difference a couple of days can make.

We’ll share the finished project soon.

We’re spending the next couple of days helping this homeowner reduce wildfire fuels around their property.

That means removing overcrowded trees, dead material, and brush while keeping the healthy trees that make the property beautiful.

Defensible space isn’t about clearing everything—it’s about creating a healthier forest and giving your home a better chance if a wildfire ever comes through.

Crane day! 🌲

Every large removal starts with a plan. From setting up the jobsite to safely lifting each section of the tree, our goal is to protect the home, work efficiently, and leave the property clean when we’re finished.

What do you guys do with all the wood? 🪵

It’s one of the questions we get asked frequently!

The short answer? We do our best to make sure nothing goes to waste.

Depending on the project:
🪵 Wood is bucked into 16-inch rounds for homeowners to use as firewood.
🌿 Branches are chipped into mulch.
♻️ Logs are given away for free for firewood.
