Although many of my peers consider me to be a doomsday prepper, I would classify myself more as someone who, enjoys entertaining apocalyptic scenarios while, preparing for more likely or common emergencies.
Throughout the last ten years I have discovered a deep interest in emergency preparation. While I would like to claim it as just a hobby, it is my family's overall safety that drives me. I want to be sure my family will have a plan in place that will prepare them with the knowledge and tools they need in order to survive most emergency situations.
While there are many products and ideas out there, I quickly discovered how overwhelming it can be to put together an emergency plan that measured up to my obsessive standards. That being said, I have created "Prepped to Live" to be a good source of products and information to help make your planning a little easier.
