Dear Bicycle Belle community,
After a Baker’s Dozen years, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Bicycle Belle. I’m proud of our part in the proliferation of cargo bikes in the Boston Area, and have so many happy memories of getting people set up on bikes that changed their lives.
We have stopped scheduling service in order to focus on selling inventory and closing down and will be only be available for limited emergency service as available through the end of June. We will be packing things up during July, and the store will close for good on August 1.
If you’ve bought a bike from us, thank you, we hope you are enjoying it! If you need proof of purchase or serial number info, please email and we’ll get back to you. Warranty issues can be handled by a number of shops in the area- we can help guide you even after we close. If you have questions about future service plans, please email the shop.

All in-stock accessories are 20% off, and we have good discounts on non electric bikes from Brooklyn and kids bikes from Woom. If you know someone who needs a bike, send them our way!
When I started the shop, it felt like I knew every cargo bike in the city by sight, and I couldn’t go to a playground without someone telling me how much they loved their bike. I’m so excited that there are so many families that have embraced cargo bikes that I don’t know everyone now.
I will miss our longtime customers and the community that we’ve created, but I know I’ll see you out in the bike lanes!
