My first and most important job is being a mother to 3 (girl-9, girl-4, boy-2) and a wife. Running a happy, organized, loving household is Extremely IMPORTANT. Fortunately, I am have been very lucky to be able to be a stay at home Mom and run a home based business. I started a company Called Clutch. While children were napping I did a lot of research on how to run a online based business, the laws

behind it, so on and so fourth. I ultimately wanted to find products that made new mom's, working mom's, veteran moms feel that just because I may not "look" the way you want to, that by throwing on a fashionable scarf, handbag, and heels that they still will feel sexy & confident. I then decided to sell affordable Woman's Handbags, Accessories, and (our #1 seller) scarfs. I recently decided to strictly sell via Ebay. This is why. I recently became certified in Social Media Marketing. I really wanted to find a company that was "new", "thriving", and still in my realm of knowledge. Most important I wanted the selling to be social media based. One day I came into contact with a woman at a vendor show that I was at promoting Clutch. This woman came over to purchase some items and we started chatting. I thought it was very weird that she had one eye with (AMAZING) mascara and the other with none. It was none other then a marketing tactic to sell Younique, 3D Fiber Lash, a type of mascara but similar to lash extensions. From there I was intrigued! I went home and researched this home based, direct sales company. I was then sold! Their mission statement was simple: "to uplift, empower, validate, and ultimately build self-esteem in women around the world through high-quality products that encourage both inner and outer beauty.." Similar to Clutch. So if you are a 40 hour a week mom, a stay at home mom, or a veteran mom, and with an industry worth 58 billion in 2014, why wouldn't you want to work for a company that pays 3 hours after every transaction?
