Creating charter schools and supporting parents who want to home school their children has been a long time passion for certified teacher Leona Oberts. “Teaching has always been dear to my heart. I started the Aurora Borealis charter school and this is just another step where I can be involved with helping our community and supporting education.”

erstone Books and Supplies was opened in August of 2005 by Leona Oberts, a certified K-8 teacher. Starting out as mainly a Teacher and Homeschool supply store, the store has since expanded to carry both kids toys and Hello Kitty Merchandise. The Store went through a major expansion in April of 2006, doubling the availible square footage. Just recently Conerstone Books has begun to offer a customer apperciation card as a way to reward her loyal customers.
