There are boxes. There are empty shelves. There are random piles. There are probably things sitting places they absolutely do not belong.

BUT — WE’RE OPEN! 🛍️

Come shop with us and please excuse the mess while we pack up and move… or better yet, buy something so we don’t have to move it.

BIG NEWS FROM THE LAYERED SPUR!

WE’RE MOVING!

We officially have the keys to our new home, and we are SO excited for this next chapter! After a lot of conversations, number crunching, thinking and second guessing, we decided to take the leap.

And don’t worry — we aren’t going far! We’re still right here in Snyder, just moving into a bigger building with more room to grow!

And with more room comes MORE OPPORTUNITIES! Our new location will give us room to expand and welcome even more small businesses into the Layered Spur family. If you’ve been looking for a space for your small business, we will have vendor spaces available! Feel free to reach out for more information.

Our goal is to be completely moved by August 30th, so stay tuned for sneak peeks, updates and the official new location reveal!

This is a post I never expected to have to make.

Due to the unexpected passing of my biological mother, Layered Spur will be closed Wednesday and Thursday.

Life has a way of stopping you in your tracks sometimes, and this is one of those times. Right now, I need to step away from the store for a couple of days to be with my family, process everything, and take care of the things that come with an unexpected loss.

Owning a small business means so much of my life is wrapped up in these four walls, and I don’t take closing the doors lightly. But right now, my family needs me—and I need them.

At this time, we plan to be open Tuesday and Friday for normal business hours. If anything changes, I’ll keep everyone updated here.

Thank you for always showing our little store so much love and for giving me a little extra grace and understanding over the next few days. It truly means more than you know. ❤️

Unfortunately, The Layered Spur will be closed Friday 7/31/26 due to a personal emergency.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while we take care of what needs our attention.
