The holidays can be a busy & stressful time for all of us.

The American Psychological Association states that one of the best things you can do to avoid or decease stress is to take care of yourself. Eat right, exercise regularly, get enough sleep and enough fluids to keep your body strong and hydrated.

Try mind-body activities like yoga or take a walk to collect your thoughts to ensure both physical and mental health. Most importantly- always make time for yourself even if it’s something as simple as reading a book, playing a game, or sitting outside with a cup of coffee.
