I VOTED Tuesday here in Georgia, first day of early voting with over 300,000 friends. More than twice the last presidential election first day total in 2020, which was a record. When Wednesday polls closed the two day total was over 580,000 had voted in Georgia.

Voting went smooth and line was shortest I have seen before.

Please vote early!

For all of my new followers Thank You. As you may have gotten by now and if not you are about to. Notts County Ukulele is a small business I have started here in my not so old age. Actually I started it a number of years ago and recently moved it to two new, or not so new antique stores one in Grayson, GA the other Unique Treasures, in Snellville, GA both less than 50 miles from Atlanta, GA and less than 20 miles from Stone Mountain, GA and a long way from Disneyworld.

As you may have guessed I sell Ukuleles and Banjoleles the member of the lele family many of of you have never heard of. Trust me they have been around over 100 years and are really cool. Also I sell other instruments that other people don't like ukelins, autoharps, handmade drums, xylophones and chimes.

What is moving in to challenge the Ukuleles as the main part of my music business are my Vintage Guitars. Full, Parlor and Children size real guitars not toys. 30 to 60 years old mostly, but looking like they just came out of the factory. There is an American made Regal that is over 90 and holds its age very well. Others also made in the USA along with Japan, Korea, Tiawan, Indonesia and probably some other places I've forgotten.

That is half of the business the other is art which I have studied and produced for a good part of my life. Only now I am marketing some of my own work with a wide variety of Artists from the 19th, 20th and 21st century. I find work in local shops and shows framed and unframed. Also online has become a great resource at great prices.

For now I am only able to sell from the stores. Once I get settled in I hope to do limited marketing on line. Now for some photos of the New Stores.

Six months of working at it and I have completed my move from Queen of Hearts Antiques, in Buford, GA. to not only one but two new locations, both on Hwy 78 and both ready for their Grand Opening this weekend June 29th and 30th.

If you are reading this you are invited and I ask you to share this with your friends and that any of you in the vicinity of Gwinnett County, GA, this weekend will stop by and see me.

The stores are only six miles apart.

Notts County Ukulele has ukuleles and Banjoleles, and now I have vintage Guitars. Twenty-five or more in each store more than that in storage.

Yamaha, Fender, Harmony, Silverstone, Winston, Stella, Lindell, Decca, Regal including 1 that is over 90 years old and others. Also as I can find them Mandolins, Autoharps, Ukelins and other instruments.

For the first time I am opening my new locations with an Art Gallery this Dream of mine has come to life Artists from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. Signed and numbered limited edition prints, as well as open edition prints and actual plate etchings over 140 years old. Folk art, Glassware, Jewelry.
