1/6/2020...The date is correct. Although this is a very lengthy post, it means so much to me and the ones most important to me. And please forgive me for rambling. That is the day that I made a decision to quit letting alcohol define who I was. Alcohol abuse cost me so much money and time. But even so much more importantly, it almost cost me my marriage and my family. I could go on and on about the dangers of alcohol/substance abuse, but that's not what this post is about. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank every person that has stood by me throughout my journey. All the prayers, encouraging messages, and well wishes will never ever go unnoticed. I was broken. I had hit rock bottom. I was not me. There were soooo many people that had every reason possible to give up on me. For the ones that never left my side...THANK YOU!
Shanna Mayo Doty thank you for being my rock. Thank you for standing by my side for 25+ years. I love you so much! I'll never be able to repay you for always fighting this battle with me. I look forward to the next amazing 25.😘
