Something Special Something Special is an outreach of Hands & Hearts, a non-profit for adults with intellectual and other disabilities. Come see us!

This small but mighty shop gives these folks the opportunity to work and interact with the community. We are located at 302 Main Street, Smithfield, VA, on the corner across Institute Street from the Post Office.

Anna is a wiz at the register, provides excellent customer service, and helps make sure every shopper's experience is a great one.
