With some thorough thoughts and suggestions we are going to redirect J Smith Rentals a bit. We are going to veer away from machine equipment at this time, in hopes to bring it back better. We will redirect into a more Party Equipment style rental. Where will add chairs, tables and tents. Begin carrying linens, generators and some other things. We still have our outdoor patio heaters also. Look out for our new branding! Any questions, comments or concerns feel free to reach out!

Rates are as followed. $250 per day, $450 per weekend (pickup Friday afternoon and drop off Sunday afternoon) and $1300 per 7 day week. Price includes bucket or pallet forks and backhoe, or any one of our 3 point attachments
Also available are pallet forks, 7 foot landscape rake and 5 foot rototiller. Renter must sign contract and there is a $100 per day refundable deposit. Message me to book today! Located in sligo pa, delivery available for a fee!

We are pleased to announce that we now have a compact tractor for rent, comes fully equipped with a back hoe and front bucket! 4x4 and compact enough to get into those tight spaces around the house. Dont wait till it's hot out, get your yard work done now! Prices are as followed. $250 per day, $450 per weekend (pickup Friday afternoon and drop off Sunday afternoon) and $1300 per 7 day week. With spring right around the corner the time for outdoor party's is coming. Rent our propane patio heaters and keep your guests happy. Priced at $40 per day per heater. Propane tanks are available as well for a price of $30 per tank. Delivery is available as well. Delivery fee is a dollar a mile minimum 30 miles. We have stainless steel ones like pictured and we just got new bronze ones! Whichever color you would like, just let us know. Located in sligo

With all this wind and rain we're getting don't get caught in the cold with a power outage. Rent one of our 6,500 watt generators and keep the lights on. Price is $50 Dollars for the whole time your power is out, maximum of 5 days. Will come full of gas and must be returned full. We're located in sligo but are able to deliver for a delivery fee or 1 dollar per mile. Minimum of 30 miles.
