MeetPoint Chicago 2026 is in the books!

We spent the weekend in Gurnee faceting, comparing setups, finishing stones, sharing techniques, and building more momentum for the Chicago-area faceting community.

By Sunday, we had finished gems, personalized MeetPoint Chicago 2026 tweezers, display frames, photos, and a lot of good ideas for the next gathering!

Special thanks to everyone who came out, helped set up, shared knowledge, and made the weekend such a success. Extra thanks to Leslie for the impromptu find-a-facet demo. 💎

Starting in February, I’m taking custom commission work, one slot per month.

If you want a gemstone designed and cut specifically for you (not off-the-shelf), here’s what that looks like:

• Lab-grown: $4,500-6,000
• Natural stone: $7,500-10,000
• Heirloom/rare: Starting at $12,000

These are premium, one-at-a-time projects. I can only do one per month because of my part-time capacity.
