We are currently looking for the right candidate to fill our Mechanic position in our service department. The duties of our Mechanics are to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment. This is a full time (40+ hour) position with a very competitive compensation and a great benefits package. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior mechanical experience with outdoor power equipment. Sisters Rental is looking for a motivated and reliable parts counter salesperson to work at our location in Sisters Oregon.

We are looking for someone who has:

The drive and desire to learn.
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to read illustrated parts diagrams.
Basic computer knowledge
Sisters Rental will provide the core training necessary to perform the essential job responsibilities. This position is full-time position (40-hour work week) that will include Saturdays.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a team player, providing excellent customer service and always seeking opportunities to improve value and customer loyalty.

Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
Assists in keeping parts department and showroom clean and orderly
Answers telephone calls and emails
Handles cash and other forms of payment appropriately
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Able to learn quickly and utilize problem solving skills
Safely lift heavy objects (50+ pounds)
Work independently and maintain a positive team-oriented focus
Open availability (This position will require working on Saturday)
Previous Out Door Power Equipment sales preferred
