We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team as a fi****ms armorer and Cerakote painter.

You do not need to have a formal gunsmithing certificate, but you do need to be proficient and comfortable with assembling and disassembling fi****ms. We need someone who understands firearm parts, can stay organized, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in clean, professional work.

This position may include:

• Disassembling and reassembling fi****ms
• Prepping parts for Cerakote
• Learning or assisting with Cerakote application
• Keeping customer projects organized
• Working carefully with fi****ms, tools, and coatings
• Maintaining a clean and professional work area

The right person must be:

• Reliable
• Teachable
• Detail-oriented
• Safety-minded
• Comfortable working around fi****ms
• Able to follow instructions and shop procedures
• Willing to work hard and get better every day

Cerakote experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right attitude, work ethic, and mechanical ability.
