This is an entry-level, seasonal position that offers invaluable experience and training in the fundamentals of event planning.

Main responsibilities include:
- Answering main Sales phone line
- Managing and preparing event orders, receipts and other applicable paperwork
- Overseeing all table linen ordering, shipping, inventorying and scheduling
- Trained to input and manage all customer pick-up/return orders
- Make day-of event dispatch calls to clients
