⚠️ You Might Never Make Plain Cornbread Again. This Honey Butter Pecan version disappears before it even cools. 🌽🍯

Sweet, buttery, packed with whole kernel corn, toasted pecans, and finished with warm honey, this is the kind of cornbread people keep sneaking “just one more piece” of.

Honey Butter Pecan Cornbread

Ingredients:

* 1 can Goode Foods Whole Kernel Golden Corn, drained
* 1 box cornbread mix
* 2 eggs
* ⅓ cup melted butter
* ¼ cup honey
* ½ cup sour cream
* ½ cup chopped pecans
* 2 tablespoons melted butter for topping
* 1 tablespoon honey for finishing

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a cast iron skillet or baking dish.
2. Mix the cornbread mix, eggs, melted butter, honey, sour cream, and drained corn until just combined.
3. Fold in most of the chopped pecans, saving a few for the top.
4. Pour the batter into the skillet and sprinkle the remaining pecans over the surface.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Brush immediately with the melted butter and drizzle generously with honey while still warm.
7. Slice and serve warm.

✍️ Extra Goode Tip: Warm leftovers for 15 seconds and drizzle with a little more honey. Somehow it’s even better the next day.
