So where do I start…..so many people have asked. But I need to let everyone know, the dream is over. With a very heavy heart and watery eyes, Dynamite Dan’s will no be opening up for business. My spot at the church is no longer available, I’ve tried and tried and I cannnot find another spot this late.
I have so many people to thank that have helped me with my silly dream over the years. My mom/dad and can’t give enough Thankx too. Ex-wife Wendy and her folks Jerry/Lorrie Banister, I can’t thank enough for all they’ve sacrificed for me. My boys Dylan, Dalton and Dayton, I love you boys. Also the Platt family especially the kids, K, Lil Memphis and my main man Z!! Idk how I’ll tell those kids. Tana Wymer…what do I say? Thank you so much cousin. Melissa, Levi, Lance, Pastor Johnson, Bill, Jenn, Carter…… the list goes on and on.
They say that all things come to an end, I can honestly say…..I wasn’t ready for this one. Too those of you that took time to come out to my stand I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made this nobody feel like a king for 1 week every summer. I’m sure gonna miss it, seeing the kids, (big and small). I’m sure I’ll shed a tear or 100 when I see and hear all the displays being shot off as the 4th gets closer.
I hope I played a small part in making some of your July 4th holidays special and fun as much as you all have made mine a blast. Keep on blowing up the good stuff, and I hope to see you all around.
