I’m no coffee connoisseur, but growing up my father would roast his own beans and I would constantly hear about how terrible Folgers and Starbucks is 😅 After being spoiled with his coffee for years, his roasts are my favorite but he only makes small batches so I picked up some from the Chattanooga Market yesterday and it is fantastic. Gowin Valley Farms adds Lion’s Mane mushrooms, Reishi mushrooms and Turkey Tail mushrooms to their coffee and among all of the health benefits, I’ve noticed that the mushrooms curb the acidity of the coffee. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee 👍
