Custom parts take time, both small and large shops struggle with it. This transmission was shipped out March 29th back east with an expected completion window of a week or two. Going on 12 weeks later and we still have no transmission for it unfortunately. The fuel bladder was also sold as a new unit in October of last year, but we discovered it was actually manufactured in 2020. Working through all the kinks and issues one at a time but this supercharged LS1 powered rail will be tearing up the dunes and trails very soon!

Quick rear differential swap, billet pinion bearing carrier and lightweight flywheel, and some progress on the xp900 rebuild! Have a great weekend!

The rewire from hell is over. This Turbo R has almost every single accessory available and was run through individual harnesses with relays and fuses jumped off an improperly wired dual battery kit and isolator. We got rid of several pounds of unnecessary wiring and switches, and ran them all through a 12 gang switch panel. Closest guess by Monday gets a free sticker pack!

Well, that explains it. Valve cover leak leads to a damaged spark plug boot. New boots, new plugs, and should be good to go!

The projects keep rolling in:

X3 Max – Stage 4 Eibach springs + fresh service
YXZ – Full trans rebuild after 4th gear checked out, plus clutch basket mod while we're in there
Force Turbo Maverick Sport – Chasing a top-end breakup issue
Pro R – Prismatic Chartreuse Sherbet wrap, Crower cams, RPM aux fuel tank, and more
Turbo R 4-seat – Major rewire underway
Baja YXZ – Ready to rip with a new clutch, shift actuator, and extended-range fuel tank
Two Maverick Rs – Smart-Shox conversions coming up
XP900 – Electrical diagnosis in progress
Sand rail – Waiting on the transmission and it'll be ready for the dunes

Busy shop, cool builds, and plenty more coming soon.

Been a little behind on posts, reels, and stories lately—social media is a full-time job on its own. Appreciate the patience… we’re still pushing 💪

Just wrapped up some clean, functional upgrades on a 2025 RZR XP1K. Customer wasn’t into the bulky clamp-on look, so we kept it tight and intentional:

• Welded 3/16” tabs to mount LP6 pods directly to the A-pillars
• Threaded inserts added for an Onyx6 bar + future rear chase lights
• Designed a simple but stout 3/16” aluminum skid plate to protect the winch spool ends—uses all factory mounting points
• Built a 2” receiver with a custom pull plate, modified to clear the factory rear bumper

Small details, big difference. Function + form always.

⚠️ PSA FOR UTV & OFF-ROAD OWNERS ⚠️

We recently had a friend bring in this RZR after a slow roll.

We wrote up a repair estimate, but the insurance company refused it and chose to total the vehicle instead.

What many people don’t realize:

When a vehicle is declared a total loss, you may not be able to recover aftermarket parts or accessories you’ve invested in.

This customer followed the typical advice — contact insurance right away — but didn’t know there may have been other options.

In some cases, consulting with a repair shop first can help you better understand:
• Repair vs. total loss scenarios
• What happens to your upgrades
• Potential out-of-pocket differences

Every situation is different, but having more information upfront can make a big financial difference.

We've been a little quiet on here — but we’re still here.
Just been putting a lot of time into restructuring things internally and getting everything dialed.

We’ve also been making solid progress on the sand rail, spending time getting familiar with the vehicle and pushing things in the right direction.

We appreciate your patience while we work through this. There may be slight delays on some orders as we continue to restructure.

If you have any questions — about an order, a build, or service/repairs — don’t hesitate to reach out.
📞 Call or 📧 email anytime.

More coming soon.
