Some are asking for clarification.

Parts of the NFA have been declared unconstitutional by a Texas Federal Court. Certain dealers in certain states can now sell Silencers as they would a firearm. We can sell any silencer we bought from or through Silencer Shop in Leander Texas on a 4473. You can also order one directly from silencer shop and if you declare us as your dealer it will be shipped to us as a normal firearm transfer.
That is the rule dujour. We shall see what tomorrow brings.

You can walk out with a quiet 22 pistol in less than 20 minutes!
