We’re excited to share that the first 3 tenants in our new Shoreline Place buildings at corner of 155th and Westminster Way are Big Chicken, MOD Pizza and Pet Evolution! Leases are signed which means they could open for business as early as this fall. In the meantime, check out most recent additions on the lower level, Roundtable Pizza and Chipotle, and stay tuned for more updates this summer.

Greetings Neighbors! This week, we set up fencing to establish a safe work area for crews to begin utility and sitework associated with demolition of the former Sears Auto Center and construction of the first phase retail buildings of Shoreline Place. Central Market and all other businesses on the property will remain open during construction, along with an access road connecting the Central Market and Marshalls sections of the shopping center. More news coming soon on work to build Shoreline Place!

Hi neighbors! You may have already noticed we’ve installed fencing around the upper Sears parking lot. We know this is a common route from 160th to Central Market, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had several instances of drag racing in that lot and needed to block it off to keep everyone safe. We are in the process of putting up some signs that will help you get around the closure. If you enter the driveway to the property from 160th, near the lower Sears lot behind Marshalls, continue south toward Westminster through the parking lot and then make a right up the detour hill to get to Central Market and other Aurora Square retail.

We’re excited that the Shoreline City Council unanimously approved our Development Agreement at Monday’s City of Shoreline City Hall meeting. We’ll share more details on phasing over the coming months.

We updated the Site Plan with help from Hewitt Architects, Inc. (U-Village landscape architects), our new project partners!
