Return and Shipping Policy
JoLee Creations accepts returns for non-customized items within 14 business days of the original purchase. Personalized with names or specific photos.) To return your item for refund, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are shipping and item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping servic
e or purchasing shipping insurance. JoLee Creations does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please return purchased items in the original packaging if possible. To initiate a return, please email [email protected], and please include the following information:
* Name
* Item you purchased
* Purchase price (screenshot or photo of the receipt)
* Reason for return
* If item arrived damaged please provide a minimum of 2 photos where the damage can be seen clearly. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return claim. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days of said approval. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
