Had a great morning on Texoma helping out with a big trip over at Striper Express. We had a really slow start today but after a few moves I got on the right school that was hungry and we put a quick limit in the boat! Now off for a couple days for a little R&R and some boat maintenance.

Helped Dylan Lyons with a large group trip today we caught a pretty good limit on live bait. Didn’t try lures today but I heard the bite was a little tough.

2 days of helping out over at Striper Express yesterday we stuck with lures all day for a few nice Striper and a few sandbass today at 10 am we had managed to catch 1 fish on lures and the other boat on the trip had a breakdown so I towed them back to the dock and we all decided to pile into my boat to try to go catch some fish on live bait. We ran out a ways and got settled in around 11 and by 12:15 we had our 60th fish in the cooler!! I call that a great morning!!😁 I have a couple open days next week and into November and Drake has some openings as well.

Great morning on Texoma! Helped Doug Keeter with his annual Entech trip and we caught some really decent box fish on live bait. I didn’t get a good picture as they had to go eat while I cleaned fish. Fall fishing is definitely here!

Last few days helping out over at Striper express. Fishing has been for the most part pretty good. The fall turnover is happening at the lake and some days they are biting better than others we have been using topwater to start and then switching over to live bait. My slab bite is starting to lose its luster a bit so from now till thanksgiving it will be mostly live bait. I have some scattered days available along with my son Drake over at Drakes Guide Service. We will get you on the water if we can!

Another great morning on the water today helping Striper Express. We had the 1967 rose bowl champions on the boats today. Always a fun group! We caught bigger fish early on topwater and switched over to slabs to finish up the morning. I’m noticing patches of foamy water which generally signals that the fall turnover is starting to happen in places. Live Bait bite is just around the corner!

Another great morning on Texoma! I helped Striper express this morning and had the privilege of fishing the current Oklahoma side lake record holder for Striper. We didn’t catch any records today but we did put plenty of fish in the boat!

Helped Striper Express this morning with a lure trip and we got them pretty good on topwater lures. There were more Sandie’s than Striper today but it was hard to leave those biting fish so we stayed with it and got a good mess. We then switched over to slabs when they went down and continued catching until we decided we had had enough.
