Heads up!

** MAJOR HIGHWAY UPDATE **
The next three weeks will be an intense period of construction for TxDOT's Highway 75 project. Details below, but suffice to say you should just avoid the highway entirely after 8pm through May 21st. All dates are subject to change, but here's the plan:

May 4, 5, 6: Northbound closed from 8pm to 5am
May 11: Northbound closed from 8pm to 5am
May 12: Southbound closed from 8pm to 5am
May 13, 14: Northbound closed from 8pm to 5am
May 17: Southbound closed from 8pm to 5am
May 18-21: ALL lanes closed from 8pm to 5am

So KXII channel 12 news decided to do a special interest story in our community. They showed up unannounced on Sunday at 5pm on the east side of the market at the midway mall market and advertised it as our market. Be advised we have 103 vendors and over 160 spaces in the 30,000sq ft EXPO HALL on the back side of Midway Mall. Gracie at channel 12 has assured me she will correct the mistake.
