!!!Raffle for the KIMBER MICRO 9mm!!!
!!! Attention!!!
All raffles conducted through Vault 406 LLC are subject to all local, state, and federal law, as they pertain to the acquisition, disposition, and sales of fi****ms. Vault 406 LLC and its Facebook business page does not sell, nor ship physical fi****ms (nor parts intended for the construction of fi****ms) directly to customers/participants, through the page. Vault 406 LLC conducts raffles, for the sake of determining a winner, who must be legally eligible to obtain, purchase and possess a firearm at our physical location, or through the legal transfer of an additionally licensed FFL closer to one’s location.
All participants, eligible to obtain, purchase, and possess a firearm are required to fill out a Firearm Transaction Record (ATF Form 4473), and receive a “PROCEED” status through a NICS background investigation upon being declared a “winner” of Vault 406 LLC raffles, before any physical transaction takes place.
Additionally, if the status of the NICS background check presents with “DENIED” that participant will no longer be eligible in participating in future Vault 406 LLC raffles, and that specific ATF Form 4473 will be held/documented.
Contestants with a “DELAYED” status will only receive their firearm once passed and cleared with a “PROCEED” status. Brady Law is not conducted through Vault 406 LLC.
In the event that a winning participant receives a “DENIED” status, the drawing will be re-held, and a new participant (who is legally eligible to obtain, purchase, and possess a firearm) will have the chance at winning through a re-draw.
!!! (All transactions/sales of fi****ms and ammunition are final. There are no refunds/returns. Additionally, there are no refunds/returns on payments made to lock in positions for the raffle.)!!!
RAFFLE RULES & TERMS
1. Reserve (up to 5 per participant) available spots (participants may choose any 5 available numbers) Through sending a direct message to Vault 406 LLC through messenger that includes full name, and number(s) desired.
2. Participants’ chosen number(s) will then be filled in with their full names.
3. Send an electronic payment, via Zelle: Brandon Wakefield/406-208-9322, or Venmo: Brandon-Wakefield-16 with a memo attached that reads your: FULL NAME, and the numbers you have selected to reserve.
4. Once payment has been received, participants name will then be followed by a money symbol ($) indicating that your positions have been locked and secured for the raffle. (If payments have not been received buy a specific participant, that participant will only have 24 hours to complete the transaction before being removed from the raffle in order for other potential participants to participate.)
5. Once all positions have been filled and locked in via payment, the raffle will commence.
6. As a winning participant, you will then be notified that you have won, and that you may proceed to our physical location to undergo a NICS background investigation, filling out an ATF form 4473, and legally obtaining your new firearm, if eligible.
