Dear Friends and Fans of Bijou,

We are delighted to share the news that the chocolatiers and chefs formerly behind Bijou are back under their newly launched brand, NU Chocolat.

They will be bringing a fresh and expanded line of exquisite chocolates, bars, and other products to Burlington early in January 2019 at their retail shop and cafe at 180 Battery Street.

Today we have some shocking and unfortunate news. Unbeknownst to us, an involved party has made the decision to cease Bijou's operation, effective immediately. This is beyond the Toohey's control, and the absolute last thing we want. We are currently assessing the situation and figuring out how to move forward. We apologize for any inconvenience.
