We've been baking like crazy!! New scones, jalapeno cheddar and herbs de provence... Apple pop tarts, Dubai cream puffs, cheesecake brownies, cinnamon coffee cake. Sour dough bread and 9 flavors of French macarons! We are here until 7 everyday!!

Making chocolate at Mo's! Look at how beautiful these are!! Starting with melting chocolate, decorating molds, making shells, filling molds, and then the finished product!! Soo shiny! Come and see us in Shelburne Falls and give our truffles a taste..

Spring is really trying hard!!! Today in our bakery case we have lemon meringue pie, strawberry coffee cake with cardamom and ginger crumble, vanilla bean cream puffs, cheesecake brownies, carrot cake, macarons, and sourdough bread. We just received a new ice cream delivery; orange pineapple, graham cracker, monster mash, grape nut, coffee fudge Oreo, to name only a few and there's 12 more.. If that wasn't enough to get you to stop in, our lemonade and ice coffee are back for the season.. Hope to see you soon! Mo
