J. Hoffman Knives I'm a part-time knifemaker in Shawano. I make handmade knives in a small shop in the Mooseyards. I also do professional sharpening. I'm a part-time knifemaker.

I usually work with High carbon steels such as 1095 and 1084. I prefer natural materials such as wood for handles, but also use man-made composites, carbon fiber, micarta and G10. I'm also an NRA certified instructor for Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Personal Protection Inside and Outside the Home, and Home Firearm Safety. The quickest and easiest way to find your centerline. Solid steel body and pins. Carbide scribe and solid when clamped in a vise. Let me know if you want one.
