When there’s a new antique store in town…. We show up I couldn’t resist these stained glass windows from its original church ⛪️ roots. I had a little conversation with the store owner to find she’s a neighbor down the street too. It really is a small world, and you never know what treasures you’ll find! I’ll tell you this, it was worth the trip

There is love 🫶 in my ❤️ heart for things of beauty like this… it stopped me dead in my tracks at the antique store. Followed by a gasp and the curiosity if I could afford it. I’ve held it closely, and realize it may be time to share such a beautiful quilt. Coming to the shop ❤️

Just over here trying to embrace farmer 👩‍🌾 time And as the saying goes….the Early Bird gets the worm 🪱 On my morning walk today I was able to save my barn cat 🐈 security guard from danger. He managed to get himself caught up in the temporary fencing around the chicken coop since the massive tree that fell took down the old fencing. My poor baby was tangled and surrendered while his foot was tied up. His leg was swollen and he was crying 😿 for help. I’m thankful I was able to save him! Life on this farm wouldn’t be the same without him. 🐛 🌾

Living in a farming community, I practice my gratitude 🙏 for friends and neighbors who have come in to save us when we needed it most. Last week, the pump went out & the water went dry for us in the house and for our farm animal family out on pasture. This presents a dangerous situation where it is necessary to ask for help. Why is it so hard to ask for help? I struggle with this task, but have been met with kindness & generosity and that deserves recognition and a homemade bread 🥖 of thanks 🙏. Thank you friends! Thank you for being there for us all I am humbled by your willingness.
